Total Yeast and Mold Count
Microbial testing performed by DigiPath Labs, Las Vegas, Nevada, using a modified USP <61> and <62> method for determination of total yeast and molds (Saboraud dextrose agar), total aerobic bacteria (tryptic soy agar), Salmonella (xylose lysine deoxycholate agar), E.coli (MacConkey agar), and S. aureus (Mannitol salt agar).

Terpene Preservation
For Terpene analysis an Agilent 7697A headspace sampler coupled with a 7820A/5977B GC-MS (gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer) was used.
Potency Preservation
For Potency testing a Waters Alliance HPLC (high performance liquid chromatograph) was used.)
Moisture Preservation
15 samples of dried flower were used. Testing was performed using a Ohaus MB23 for moisture content analysis.
Moisture Content
Of all the samples analyzed none fluctuated more than +/- 1%, no significant change pre- or post-sterilization in moisture content. Furthermore, moisture levels were demonstrated to be increased or decreased if desired based on program parameters.
