Contact form. For support, technical, and general inquiries, we collect inquiry type, name, email, company, phone, and message. Company, phone, and message are optional.

Sales inquiries. If you choose “Evaluating TheBOX® / pricing” on the contact form, or if you use the connect form, we also collect phone, company website, preferred contact method, city, state, country, industry, years in operation, company type, grow type, state or states of operation, annual pounds, market price per pound, purchase timeline, whether you currently use a microbial reduction product or service, and, if you do, the current equipment or service. Company website, preferred contact method, country, company type, market price per pound, and current equipment are optional.

Quote form. We collect name, email, phone, company, website, states where you operate, annual pounds grown, years in operation, grow type, company type, market price per pound, inquiry type, current interests, whether you use a flower remediation or sterilization product or service and which product if you do, purchase timing, how you heard about us, and how you would like to be contacted. Website and market price per pound are optional.

On every form we also receive the page address where you submitted it. If you provide a phone number on a sales inquiry or the quote form, we may follow up by phone or email about the inquiry.

Technical data. When you browse the site, cookieless Vercel Web Analytics collects limited technical information: pages visited, referring site, browser and device type, and approximate region. Cookieless Vercel Speed Insights collects performance measurements for those page views, such as how quickly a page loads. It does not set a cookie. Vercel and Cloudflare keep server and security logs, including IP address, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
